Grade Assist from VÖGELE automates the paving of crown and transverse pavement profiles. The desired slope is defined on the basis of set markings that the system smoothly reaches up to a predefined target point with no need for manual intervention by the operator.

This performance data is also available in John Deere Operations Center™ and enables a live overview of the construction site from anywhere, on or off the site.

Digital Paver Control

Smart Pave automatically controls the paving width, positioning, and travel direction of a VÖGELE Dash 5 paver on the basis of virtual references. The validated paving geometries used are sourced from the John Deere Operations Center™ Construction. The use of this solution requires WPT Paving (Pro) and the John Deere StarFire™ dual antenna system.
